Team Lead SAP & ERP Platform (m/w/d)

As Team Lead SAP & ERP Platform (m/w/d), you will play a central role in the ERP transformation of the Umdasch Group – particularly Doka.

With the transition to RISE with SAP (S/4HANA), your team is responsible for the technical and architectural foundation of this transition.

You will lead the SAP team across all modules and the SAP basis, shape the future system landscape actively, and ensure a secure and stable operation of the current SAP system. Your team will define the technical implementation of this transformation, the solution architecture, and the integration of new cloud services (SAP BTP).

This role combines strategic development, technical guidance, and team leadership.

We are looking for an experienced leader – opening the position to candidates who want to grow into a lead role and bring a strong hands-on mentality.

Your Tasks

Team Leadership & Collaboration

• Führung, Mentoring und Weiterentwicklung eines wachsenden Teams von SAP-Solution-Architekten und SAP-/ERP-Spezialisten
• Enge Zusammenarbeit mit ERP-Programmmanagement, IT Service-/Demand-Management und zentralen Fachbereichen

Strategic Responsibility

• Gestaltung und Weiterentwicklung der SAP- & ERP-Plattformstrategie, with focus on:
• RISE with SAP – S/4HANA Cloud Transition
• Solution Architecture & technical platform concepts
• Cloud-readiness and technological future-proofing
• Mitverantwortung für eine harmonisierte und zukunftssichere ERP-Architektur im Konzern

Technical Enablement of the RISE Migration

• Verantwortung für das technische Fundament der S/4HANA-Transformation
• Sicherstellung der technischen Voraussetzungen (Integrationen, Security, Basis, Systemlandschaft)
• Enge Koordination mit Implementierungspartnern, Dienstleistern und SAP

Operative ERP-/SAP-Responsibility

• Steuerung und Priorisierung von Projekten zwischen Transformation und laufendem Betrieb
• Sicherstellung eines zuverlässigen, sicheren und serviceorientierten ERP-Betriebs
• Übernahme von Compliance-Verantwortung (ISAE, interne Kontrollen, Audits)

Vendor-, License- & Contract Management

• Steuerung externer Partner, including contract and SLA management
• Unterstützung im SAP-Lizenz- und Lifecycle-Management
