Team Lead SAP ALM Consulting (m/f/d)

Your Responsibilities

As Team Lead SAP ALM Consulting, you will take on the professional and disciplinary responsibility for an experienced consulting team in the area of Application Lifecycle Management. You will combine strategic customer consulting with leadership responsibility and make a significant contribution to the further development of our ALM practice.

• Professional and disciplinary leadership of the ALM Consulting team, including mentoring, development plans, and resource planning
• Overall responsibility for customer projects from the proposal to the closing phase, as well as escalation responsibility in critical project situations
• Building and maintaining long-term customer relationships at the decision-maker and management level
• Consulting customers on the conception and implementation of ALM strategies based on Jira, SAP Solution Manager, and Cloud ALM
• Analysis of existing ALM landscapes and development of tailor-made solutions for individual customer requirements
• Conducting workshops and training sessions on ALM topics for customers and team members
• Building and expanding the service portfolio with a focus on the SAP Solution Manager End of Life and the migration to Cloud ALM
• Development of best practices, templates, and methods for the entire team
• Monitoring market and technology trends in the ALM environment and deriving strategic recommendations for action

Your Profile

• Several years of experience in SAP consulting, with at least 2-3 years in a lead role
• In-depth knowledge of Jira, SAP Solution Manager, and SAP Cloud ALM
• Very good understanding of IT Service Management processes (ITIL knowledge is an advantage)
• Strong communication skills and confident demeanor towards customers and stakeholders
• Independent, structured, and solution-oriented way of working
• Experience in agile working methods
• Very good German and English skills, as well as willingness to travel
