Aufgaben

Your Tasks:

• Maintenance of existing and expansion of additional business relationships and partnerships
• Generation of profitable new business
• Ensuring the growth of the accounts you are responsible for
• Creation and calculation of customer-specific offers and projects
• Responsibility for the development and management of lead and project pipelines in your territory
• Optimization of our brand awareness within sales channels in cooperation with marketing
• Responsibility for the professional and disciplinary leadership of our four-member team
• Further development and implementation of the sales strategy in collaboration with the management team

Qualifikation

Your Profile:

• A successful university degree with an economic background or a completed vocational training with corresponding professional experience
• Multiple years of sales experience in the IT channel and/or sales of technical solutions (IT network technology, structured cabling, copper/fiber-optic technology, computer accessories), ideally with leadership responsibility, with
• Very good communication skills in German and English (in writing and speaking)
• A structured and solution-oriented working style, as well as an engaged appearance and a high level of organizational talent out
• Negotiation skills and a high level of customer orientation and proximity
• Openness to the use of proactive tools for lead generation
