Team Lead / Product Owner (Technical) (M/F/D) @ Triol Corporation

Proven track record of successful product commercialization. 3–5 years of experience managing a technical department or team (Mechanical Design, Software, and Electronics) in a Team Lead role; experience in the electrical engineering industry is highly preferred. Higher Technical Degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronics, Automation, or related fields. Experience as a Product Owner is a significant plus.In-depth knowledge of electrical product development standards, such as IEC 62304, ISO 13485, and FDA regulations. Strong understanding of the entire product lifecycle, from concept to production. Ability to prioritize tasks effectively, manage multiple projects simultaneously, and ensure timely delivery. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams. Experience with Agile methodologies, such as Scrum or Kanban, is a plus.
