As a Team Lead Product Management (m/f/x), you will lead our Product Management team, consisting of 3 people, reporting directly to our CTPO. You will provide strategic direction for our product areas while also working operationally and hands-on in the web domain.

Your Mission

• Leadership & Coaching: Lead the Product Management team, foster individual growth through regular 1:1s, and create optimal conditions for successful collaboration.

• Strategy & Roadmap: Be responsible for the product strategy and overarching roadmap for Web, Mobile, and Platform, set priorities, and balance business goals with team capacities.

• Product Responsibility Web (Operational): Participate in and have full ownership of the webshop, customer portal, and back office, including roadmap and backlog.

• Discovery & Requirements: Translate user research and customer conversations into user stories and a prioritized backlog.

• Data-driven Decisions: Analyze user behavior, KPIs, and user feedback, derive and validate hypotheses.

• Processes & UX: Translate complex customer processes into well-thought-out workflows and outstanding user experiences.

• Strategy & Stakeholders: Shape the product strategy together with the CTPO and act as a bridge between stakeholders, engineering, and QA.

• Quality Assurance: Define and enforce product-wide quality standards, perform hands-on feature testing, support QA, and assist customer support.

• Drive Delivery: Steer implementation across all product areas, identify dependencies between Web, Mobile, and Platform early on, resolve blockers, and reliably bring releases to completion.

• AI & Agentic Development: Utilize AI-assisted prototyping and UI generation in daily work and establish agentic ways of working within the entire product team – from discovery to spec creation to testing.

Your Talent

• Minimum 5 years of experience as a Product Manager, ideally with a focus on web applications

• Solid leadership experience in Product Management, ideally in a startup environment with fast iterations, changing requirements, and real creative freedom

• Demonstrably data-driven working style with KPIs, analytics, user behavior, and user feedback

• Proven experience in building roadmaps and actively driving delivery – from prioritization to release

• Experience with UX/UI design (Figma) and prototyping

• Know-how in e-commerce/webshops, including CRO and A/B testing

• Excellent stakeholder management skills

• Openness to AI and ideally experience with Hotjar, Miro, Mixpanel, and Jira

• Ideally, experience with subscription models and billing systems like Stripe or Adyen

• Practical experience with AI and agentic development in daily product work (prototyping, UI generation, agentic workflows) – or a strong desire to build this with us

• Very good German and English language skills, at least C1 level for both
