Tasks

• As head of the HR team (currently three heads) you design the entire employee cycle actively with – from the first application to onboarding, development, and exit.
• Focus Recruiting: You win top talents for the current growth phase and establish recruiting as a strategic lever for business success.
• Together with management, you further develop the HR strategy and are simultaneously very hands-on involved - which means, for example, also going into Active Search.

Qualification

• You come from a dynamic environment - ideally Scale-up or Start-up - and know what it takes in HR and especially Recruiting.
• Know-How in Talent Acquisition.
• You move confidently between operational and strategic questions and manage to combine both.
• Richtwert for experience: 4-5 years+ relevant HR experience – but if you have the above things and want to take on responsibility, that counts more than the number of years.
