Tangany, located in Munich, is an innovative technology company with a leading B2B solution for the storage of digital assets (e.g. cryptocurrencies, tokenized assets, NFTs) in blockchain networks. Our solution has already been used by more than 50 institutional customers. As a licensed financial institution, Tangany GmbH is regulated by BaFin.

Our customers integrate blockchain technology simply and securely through our modern APIs into their systems. This white-label solution saves high development costs and time and enables quick market access and easy usability for end-users. The regulatory requirements can be covered by Tanganys cryptocurrency custody license for corresponding assets.

We are looking for a Team Lead People, Culture & Office Management (w/m/d) to strengthen our team.

The position can be filled in full-time or part-time (at least 30 hours per week).

Aufgaben

• Strategic development of the People & Culture function and leadership of the team
• Responsibility for the entire employee lifecycle - from talent acquisition to onboarding to offboarding
• Counseling of executives and employees in all personnel-related topics
• (Further) Development and implementation of HR guidelines, processes, and standards
• Steering and implementation of performance and feedback processes
• Fostering the company culture and conceiving measures for employee satisfaction, retention & engagement
• Planning and implementation of learning & development initiatives
• Accompanying organizational development projects and change processes
• Total responsibility for office management and ensuring a smooth daily business
• (Further) Development of a modern, efficient, and attractive office concept
• Steering external service providers
• Planning and organization of internal events, workshops, and team events

Qualifikation

• Multiple years of professional experience in the HR / People & Culture field
• You have experience as a leader and enjoy motivating and accompanying your team in their personal development
• Fundamental knowledge of labor law, as well as modern HR tools and methods
• Experience in conceiving, introducing, and implementing performance review processes
• Experience in office management or operations is advantageous
• Excellent communication skills and enjoyment of interacting with people
• Hands-on mentality, organizational strength, and a high sense of responsibility
• Able to think strategically while simultaneously executing operational tasks with ease
• Very good German and English language skills
