Team Lead (Part-Time) - Cornerbrook Plaza

Job Description As a Team Lead, you will report to the Store Manager and support the Management Team in fostering an inclusive, positive team environment. You will play a key role in driving store success by leading the team to achieve sales and profit goals, while also contributing to recruiting, performance management, training, and development efforts. Your adaptability to changing situations, environments, responsibilities, and schedules will be essential to your success in this role. Day-to-day responsibilities include: • Providing guidance and support to team members; • Coordinating store operations and activities; • Maintaining a positive work environment; • Ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures; • Participating in inventory management and control processes; • Collaborating with the Management Team to develop and implement strategies for driving sales growth, improving customer satisfaction, and increasing employee engagement.
