As a Senior Performance Marketing Manager, you are responsible for the rapidly growing team, for conceiving, implementing, and optimizing data-driven Paid Media Strategies. You analyze, test, and optimize our campaigns continuously with your team – with one clear goal: Relevant Reach and measurable Results for our customers.

Tasks

• BUILDING, LEADING, AND DEVELOPING THE PERFORMANCE MARKETING TEAM, INCLUDING RESOURCE AND BUDGET PLANNING
• DEVELOPMENT AND GUIDANCE OF PERFORMANCE-DRIVEN MARKETING CAMPAIGNS (Google Ads, Meta Ads, TikTok, LinkedIn & Co.)
• FUNNEL OPTIMIZATION AND BUDGET STEERING A/B TESTING
• AUDIENCE SEGMENTATION AND DATA-DRIVEN DECISIONS
• TIGHT COOPERATION WITH CONTENT AND CREATIVE TEAMS FOR PERFORMANCE-DRIVEN ASSETS
• MARKET AND COMPETITION ANALYSES TO IDENTIFY NEW TRENDS AND STRATEGIES
• OVERALL RESPONSIBILITY FOR TRACKING SETUPS (E.G. GOOGLE TAG MANAGER, ETTRACKER, SERVER-SIDE TRACKING) AND ENSURING A CLEAN DATA BASE
• KPI AND CONVERSION TRACKING, AS WELL AS RESPONSIBILITY FOR CREATING, MAINTAINING, AND DEVELOPING DASHBOARDS (LOOKER STUDIO, ETTRACKER DASHBOARDS, GGF. INTERNAL BI SYSTEMS)

Qualification

• MULTI-YEAR EXPERIENCE IN PERFORMANCE MARKETING, preferably in dynamic industries such as gastronomy, hotel, or tourism – or the passion to quickly get familiar with these industries.
• FUNDAMENTAL KNOWLEDGE OF GOOGLE ADS, META ADS (FACEBOOK & INSTAGRAM), LINKEDIN ADS & TIKTOK ADS – IDEALLY BACKED BY RELEVANT CERTIFICATIONS SUCH AS Google Ads: Google Skillshop Certifications (Search, Display, Video, Shopping, Measurement), Meta Blueprint Certifications (e.g. Digital Marketing Associate, Media Buying Professional, Media Planning Professional), LinkedIn Marketing Labs Certifications (e.g. Fundamentals, Marketing Strategy, Content & Creative Design) TikTok Academy Certifications (e.g. Campaign Manager, Performance Advertising, Branded Content)
• SURE HANDLING OF GOOGLE ANALYTICS, GTM & CONVERSION TRACKING, ETTRACKER
• STRATEGIC THINKING AND ANALYTICAL SKILLS FOR PERFORMANCE OPTIMIZATION
• CREATIVITY FOR TARGETED ADS & MESSAGING
• EXPERIENCE WITH SEA, SOCIAL PAID & RETARGETING STRATEGIES
