Schedule: Monday to Friday from 08:00 am to 06:00 pm.

Location: 32550, Cd. Juárez, Chih.

Requirements

• Bachelor's or Engineering degree in Computer Science, Systems or related fields (Students or Graduates).
• 2 years of experience in IT Support and minimum 3 years of experience in managing personnel.
• Minimum level of English B2+ (English evaluation will be conducted).
• ITIL methodology.
• Knowledge of Operating Systems.
• Experience with some system or tool for ticket management.
• Experience with Service Desk tools.
• Project management.
• Presentation and management of results.

Activities and Responsibilities:

• Responsible for assigning engineers to groups.
• Project management.
• Presentation of results.
• Control of indicators.
• Inventory control.
• Software and hardware support.
• Attention and follow-up on tickets (incidents and requests).
