We, TRIGO ADR Germany GmbH, are looking for a Team Lead (m/w/d) Wareneingangprüfung at our location in Hamburg.

Tasks

AUFGABEN:

• Clearance of deviations in close coordination with quality, production, and logistics departments of the main customer
• Main point of contact for quality assurance and documentation management
• Independent creation of reports, status messages, and project overviews for superiors and customers
• Ongoing optimization of processes and identification and elimination of obstacles
• Planning, steering, and supporting the team in document administration, plausibility checks, and archiving
• Participation in technical wareneingang inspection including term planning, progress reporting, and documentation adjustments

Qualification

ANFORDERUNGEN:

• Completed education in a technical or logistical field with several years of leadership experience
• Professional experience in wareneingang, documentation, or air traffic quality management
• Very good knowledge of SAP, Google Workspace, and MS Office
• Fluent German language skills and good English language skills
• Outstanding team and communication skills, strong organizational competence, and assertiveness
• High-quality awareness, attention to detail, and willingness for site-wide deployment (Hamburg Hausbruch & Hamburg Genter Ufer)
