Team Lead (m/w/d) - Salesforce

Our partner is an established IT consulting firm from Frankfurt am Main, supporting leading companies – especially from the financial sector – in their digital transformation. The focus lies on future themes such as Data, Cloud, Automation, and Experience Management. In agile, interdisciplinary teams, innovative solutions are developed – from optimizing existing systems to completely new digital services.

Aufgaben

• You lead a 10-member team of Salesforce Developers and Architects – with a focus on Team Development (development conversations, skill matrix & career paths).
• You work together with the Salesforce Architects to ensure clear technical guidelines in projects (e.g. Financial Services Cloud & Experience Cloud) and support important architecture and design decisions.
• You establish stable Engineering Standards (e.g. Code Reviews, development and release processes) and ensure the quality of Salesforce development.
• You represent the team vis-à-vis customers as well as internal stakeholders and work closely with project management, delivery, and other team leads to ensure a reliable implementation.

Qualifikation

• Multiple years of experience in the technical implementation of Salesforce projects (ideally agile, enterprise environment).
• You have a very good understanding of Apex and Lightning Web Components (LWC) as well as typical Salesforce integration and architecture patterns.
• You are familiar with challenging platform topics such as complex sharing/benefits models and can recognize technical challenges early on.
• You have experience in leading technical teams (professionally and ideally also disciplinarily) and a confident appearance as a reliable leadership figure.
• Structure, clarity, and team orientation are your strengths.
