We, TRIGO ADR Germany GmbH, are looking for a Team Lead (m/w/d) Quality Assurance - Aviation at our location in Nordenham.

Tasks

TASKS:

• Clearing up deviations in close coordination with the quality, production, and logistics departments of our main customer
• Zentral Ansprechperson for internal specialist departments in the areas of quality assurance and documentation management
• Self-contained creation of reports and status messages for superiors and customers within the framework of project management
• Responsibility for continuous optimization of dynamic processes, as well as identification and elimination of obstacles
• Planning, steering, and professional support of the team, particularly in documentation administration, during plausibility checks, and archiving
• Collaboration on documentation and transparent presentation of processing stages, including term planning, project, and document adaptations

Qualification

REQUIREMENTS:

• Completed technical or commercial training and initial experience in a leadership or coordination function
• Initial professional experience in the field of documentation or aviation quality management is advantageous
• Familiarity with SAP and safe handling of MS Office
• Very good German language skills in writing and speaking, as well as good English language skills
• Outstanding team and communication skills combined with negotiation skills
• High organizational strength, excellent attention to detail, and a high sense of quality
