Salonkee is the market leader for salon software in Luxembourg, Belgium, and Switzerland. Over 10,000 beauty and wellness businesses in seven countries use our all-in-one software – from appointment booking, customer management, and the cash register to marketing and AI functions.

Your Role:

• Build and develop a team: You will either start as the first team member or with a small team that you will further expand.

• You develop your team through coaching, shadowing, and role-plays – not just through steering & monitoring.

• Lead by Example: During the build-up phase, you will also acquire new customers yourself, with a clearly defined personal target share. This way, you know the market firsthand.

• Market presence: You will accompany your team to appointments, support them in acquisition, and convince in live demos.

• You manage data-driven – via KPIs and pipeline. You know your team members' figures and derive measures from them at an early stage.

• Structure and rhythm: You organize the week, conduct 1:1 meetings, resolve obstacles quickly, and ensure clean work in the CRM.

• You strategically develop your region and contribute to the optimization of our sales processes.

What you bring with you

• At least 3 years of sales experience, with demonstrably proven field sales experience with your own closing responsibility.

• Demonstrable success in acquiring new customers: You can prove with numbers what you have achieved and how you determine that you are good at it.

• Leadership experience is a plus, but not a must. More important is that you have the skills to develop your team members and ensure growth. Relevant experience in mentoring, onboarding new colleagues, or in projects is helpful.

• Data affinity: You work confidently with KPIs, pipeline, and forecasts and derive decisions from them.

• You are proficient in using digital tools.

• Independent, structured way of working: You plan your region independently and set clear priorities.

• Fluent to native German and good English skills.

• Class B driver's license and enjoy being on the road in your region.
