Tasks

• Responsibility for the professional and organizational leadership of a team of 4 employees (with an option to take over disciplinary leadership)
• Ensuring a smooth and stable operation of IT services
• Responsibility for the operation, administration, and further development of IT systems (focus on Windows Server)
• Identifying and coordinating measures for continuous improvement/automation of applications, services, and processes
• Solution-oriented collaboration with other departments as well as within the data center and beyond

Qualification

• You bring a completed technical or natural sciences degree or training as an IT specialist
• If possible, you have already gained experience in a team leader function
• IT security is your top priority
• You are familiar with Windows operating systems – experiences with hypervisors like Xen, Proxmox, and Hyper-V are helpful
• IT is your passion, and you are able to represent complex content in a target-group-oriented manner and inspire others for projects
• You bring a high interest in leadership topics (including the further development of personnel and your own area of responsibility)
• It's self-evident for you to prepare action fields structured and develop solution possibilities independently.
• Flexibility, a strong service- and customer-oriented approach, good problem-solving skills, and a healthy dose of team spirit round out your profile
