You’ll play a key role in leading and supporting our Mechanical Assembly team within our fast-paced Operations department. You’ll oversee the assembly of high-quality sub-assemblies and productized applications while guiding the team to deliver work that meets our standards of quality, efficiency, and continuous improvement. What You’ll Do

• Lead, mentor, and motivate the mechanical assembly team to meet production goals and uphold Vention’s high standards.
• Assemble a variety of components, from simple to complex, including palletizers, conveyors, robot cells, machine tending applications, and safety enclosures based on engineering instructions.
• Build and integrate automation components to complete custom automation designs.
• Conduct quality control checks before shipping to ensure all products meet Vention's high standards.
• Oversee and coordinate team workflows, ensuring tasks are assigned effectively to meet deadlines and priorities.
• Pick and pack orders in accordance with Vention's quality standards.
• Identify and report discrepancies or missing information to maintain accuracy and efficiency.
• Support team members in troubleshooting mechanical or process-related issues.
• Contribute to continuous improvement by optimizing integration and warehouse processes.
• Update internal systems with assembly details to ensure accurate tracking.
