Team Lead Marketing (operativ) (m/w/d)

We are looking for an experienced Team Lead to be the heart of our marketing daily business. You translate the strategic guidelines of our Head of Marketing into concrete, effective marketing measures along the buying journey and ensure that our campaigns (digital and offline) are implemented with high quality and efficiency. The strategic overall responsibility lies with the Head of Marketing – your strength lies in operational implementation, prioritization, and steering. You give the team structure, set clear priorities, and ensure smooth workflows at all internal and external interfaces.

You always keep performance in mind: You establish clear reporting, analyze KPIs, and lead pragmatic optimizations based on them to continuously increase our brand impact. Your role expects a true sense of responsibility, where you function as a structuring, decision-making force and take over the professional leadership of a small, interdisciplinary marketing team.

Aufgaben

• Operative Teamsteuerung: You coordinate the marketing team in daily business, set priorities, make operational decisions, and ensure the observance of timings and quality standards.
• Kampagnenmanagement: You are responsible for planning, implementing, and evaluating cross-channel measures (website, social media, performance marketing, newsletter, and local activities).
• Qualitätssicherung & Markenpflege: You ensure a consistent brand appearance and conduct final checks on contents and marketing materials.
• KPI-Analyse & Reporting: You regularly evaluate relevant marketing key figures, prepare the results transparently, and lead operational optimizations.
• Schnittstellenmanagement: You work closely with Sales, Product, and Business Support together and steer external partners and agencies through clear briefings.CRM & Lifecycle: You support operationally in the further development of CRM measures as well as activation and retention programs.

Qualifikation

• Erfahrung: Several years of fundamental experience in operational marketing (online and offline) as well as first experience in team or project leadership.
• Umsetzungsstärke: A strong hands-on mentality and organizational skills – you love to structure processes and bring things to a close.
• Fachkenntnis: Secure handling of campaign management, content management, and brand guidance; experience with common marketing channels like Meta, Google Ads, LinkedIn, creator cooperation, newsletter, and website; ideally experience in SaaS-, platform-, or service-oriented environments.
• Analytik: You are secure in working with KPIs and operational reporting to make marketing successes measurable and steerable.
• Kommunikation: You are a communication talent with a pragmatic, solution-oriented work style and have experience in steering external service providers.
• Tools: Secure handling of modern marketing and AI-based tools; knowledge of CRM systems (e.g., HubSpot) is a plus.
