To strengthen our international team, we are looking for a Team Lead Marketing (m/f/d) in full-time at the earliest possible start date.

Responsibilities

• Team Leadership: You will take over the operational leadership and coordination of our Marketing & Event team, develop your team, and ensure clear priorities, efficient processes, and successful collaboration.

• 360° Marketing: You will keep an eye on all marketing activities – from website and B2B shop, social media, newsletters, and retail marketing to PR, events, and supporting our athletes and teams.

• Marketing Planning & Implementation: Together with the Head of Marketing, you will further develop our marketing plan, coordinate measures, and ensure consistent and timely implementation.

• Campaigns & Communication: Together with your team and the Head of Marketing, you will develop creative, targeted campaigns and accompany them from the initial idea to implementation across various channels.

• Partners & Key Accounts: You will be the central point of contact for our PR agency and coordinate marketing activities with trade partners and key accounts – nationally and internationally.

• Interface Management: You will work closely with the VP Sales & Marketing and the Head of Marketing, to whom you report directly. At the same time, you are an important contact person for adjacent departments such as Sales and Product Management.

• Events & Brand Experience: Whether it's international trade fairs, dealer events, or our own events – you won't just accompany our activities from the office, but will also be present on-site and pitch in yourself.

Qualifications

• Marketing Know-how: You have several years of experience in marketing, ideally in a versatile role. A completed degree in Marketing, Communications, or Business Administration is an advantage, but not a must.

• Leadership Potential: You can inspire people, coordinate tasks, and take responsibility. Initial leadership experience is welcome, but not a prerequisite. Your personality and potential are decisive.

• Always up-to-date: You have a feel for trends, new technologies, and innovative marketing approaches. You question the status quo and actively contribute new ideas.

• Digital Mindset: You are open to new technologies, digital tools, and AI-driven working methods. You recognize potentials to make marketing processes smarter, more efficient, and future-proof.

• Hands-on Mentality: You are not afraid of any task. Whether it's campaign planning, operational support, or event setup – you pitch in where you are needed.

• 360° View: You think beyond individual marketing channels, understand interrelationships, and also keep an eye on adjacent company areas and economic goals.

• Organizational Talent: You work in a structured manner, maintain an overview even with parallel projects, and set the right priorities.

• Bike Passion & Product Understanding: You are interested in bicycles and our industry. You are motivated to acquire a deep understanding of our bikes, technologies, and target groups and to incorporate this knowledge purposefully into your work.

• Communication Skills: You communicate fluently in German and English – both internally and with international partners.

• Flexibility & Travel Readiness: You enjoy being on the go and have a travel readiness of approx. 20-30% for events, trade fairs, and partner appointments.
