Team Lead IT Security Consulting (m/w/d)

We at bitaggregat develop cybersecurity solutions and support our customers in building and implementing information security structures. We accompany organizations, among other things, on topics such as ISMS, ISO 27001, NIS2, and other regulatory or normative requirements.

We are looking for an experienced person who, in addition to their technical leadership, takes responsibility for team management, employee development, and the quality of consulting services. You lead the team organizationally and personally, develop colleagues further, and work in selected customer projects yourself. Sales, portfolio development, and growth are not part of this role.

Aufgaben

Teamführung & Bereichsverantwortung

• You lead the team in the IT Security Consulting area technically, organizationally, and personally.
• You plan deployments, priorities, and capacities in the team and ensure a reliable task allocation.
• You conduct regular feedback, development, and coordination meetings and support colleagues in their professional and personal development.
• You develop standards, templates, and best practices for consulting work and ensure a high quality of results.
• You work closely with the management and adjacent experts and partners.

Kundenprojekte & Projektumsetzung

• You steer selected customer projects or central project phases and support the team in handling complex or critical topics.
• You accompany the development and further development of ISMS and translate requirements from ISO 27001, NIS2, IT-Grundschutz, and similar frameworks into concrete measures.
• You conduct risk analyses, prioritize action fields, and accompany customers until audit preparation.
• You coordinate special topics such as pentests together with internal experts or partners and follow up on measures until implementation.

Qualifikation

• Multiple years of experience in IT-Security, Informationssicherheit, IT-Governance, or Security Consulting
• Experience in leadership, development, or technical guidance of employees or small teams
• Very good practical understanding of ISMS / ISO 27001 and adjacent topics in information security
• Sovereignty in the management of customer projects and communication with different stakeholders
• Ability to take responsibility for team, quality, and department organization and orientation in daily work
• Structured, independent, and reliable working style
• Very good German (negotiation-safe) and good English (fluent)

Nice to have

• Experience in regulated or KRITIS-near environments
• Know-how in topics like IT-Grundschutz, BCM, IAM, Logging/SIEM, Vulnerability Management, or Backup & Recovery
• Experience in cooperation with external specialists or partners
• Certifications like ISO 27001, CISM, CISSP, or comparable
