Team Lead IT Operations & Service Management (m/f/d)

Your Daily Area of Responsibility:

• The operational management of our internal IT department is in your hands: You actively participate, structure topics, and ensure that technical tasks are implemented pragmatically.
• Together with a small team, you ensure the reliable operation of our office IT infrastructure and our Microsoft-based working environment.
• You approach technical issues with a solution-oriented mindset, analyze causes, and actively support implementation.
• You plan IT projects in a structured manner, prioritize tasks sensibly, and advance topics together with internal stakeholders and external service providers.
• You manage external service providers with commitment and ensure that services, responsibilities, and technical decisions align with our requirements.
• You will gradually develop our IT support into a more structured service model and translate recurring topics into clear processes.
• Together with the team, you will further develop Jira Service Management as the central platform for requests and support.
• You ensure that processes, responsibilities, and evidence are cleanly structured and maintained in IT and information security audits as well as regular certifications.

Your Competencies:

• You bring sound practical experience in operating and further developing modern IT environments.
• Microsoft-based enterprise environments are familiar to you, and you understand how to build secure and scalable IT for a growing company.
• You can structure IT projects, set priorities, and reliably bring together different tasks, stakeholders, and dependencies.
• You confidently assess technical solution approaches and approach disruptions in a pragmatic, analytical, and implementation-oriented manner.
• You have already worked with Microsoft 365, Entra ID, and Intune.
• Collaboration with external IT service providers is familiar to you, and you can critically assess technical recommendations.
• Initial experience in the technical guidance of colleagues is helpful, but not a prerequisite; it is more important that you want to take on responsibility and develop into a leadership role.
• You are proficient in German and English and communicate as confidently with technical teams as with non-technical stakeholders.
