For the further development of our systems, we are looking for a Team Lead IT (m/w/d) who combines technology, leadership, and innovation.

Aufgaben

• Tech Lead: You make the key technical decisions around architecture, tech stack, tooling, and development processes.
• Teamführung: You lead our IT team disciplinarily and professionally – from 1:1s and feedback over recruiting and onboarding to the further development of team members.
• Hands-on Entwicklung: You stay close to the code and are an active part of the technical conception and development of our web applications.
• Produktverantwortung: You are responsible for the further development of our public web shops as well as a multitude of internal software products – from article management over logistics to automated quality control of smartphones.
• KI & Innovation: You drive the use of AI in our development and products actively forward and shape modern, AI-supported development processes with.
• Qualität & Zusammenarbeit: You ensure a clean balance between feature development, technical quality, and tech debt reduction and are a sparring partner for management and product management on technical questions and roadmap topics.

Qualifikation

• Erfahrung: You have several years of professional experience as a full-stack developer and have already gained some leadership experience – for example, as team lead, tech lead, lead developer or in a comparable role.
• Technologieverständnis: You are familiar with a modern web tech stack, have a good sense of software architecture, and make pragmatic technology decisions with foresight.
• KI-Affinität: You use modern AI models actively in your development routine and burn for expanding their use in the team and our products.
• Qualitätsbewusstsein: You program with passion and place great value on sustainable, high-quality software.
• Leadership: You lead people empathetically, clearly, and at eye level and have genuine interest in their professional and personal further development.
• Arbeitsweise: You work well in an agile Kanban environment and possess solid German and English skills.
• Ausbildung: A degree in computer science or business informatics is welcome, but not a requirement – your practical experience counts.
