Job Description As Team Lead IT-Integration & Requirements , you will play a key role in shaping our IT landscape and enabling seamless business processes. Your responsibilities include: Take on a functional leadership role within the Core Competences & Support team – with the opportunity to grow into a disciplinary leadership position Translate business needs into technical requirements, create and maintain documentation for functional and non-functional specifications Design, maintain, and further develop integration solutions for various systems and applications Ensure seamless data exchange between different IT systems and applications Collaborate closely with stakeholders from various departments to understand their requirements and implement effective solutions Develop and maintain technical documentation for integration solutions Identify and prioritize potential risks and opportunities for improvement in the integration process Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success of integration projects Ensure compliance with relevant IT standards, guidelines, and regulations
