Together with your team, you will be responsible for the secure, highly available, and future-proof operation of our company IT. You will develop technical solutions that optimally support company structures, business processes, and governance requirements. You will keep an eye on risks and compliance regulations as well as the requirements of a modern and efficient working environment.

• Leadership & Organization: Together with your team, you will take responsibility for our IT Infrastructure & Operations, manage infrastructure projects and external partners, and ensure efficient, scalable, and future-proof operational processes.
• Network & Infrastructure: You will be responsible for a stable, highly available, and secure infrastructure across multiple locations and continuously develop our network, data center, and connectivity concepts.
• Security, Governance & Identity: You will further develop security, identity, and authorization concepts and ensure that company structures, risk considerations, and governance requirements are sustainably reflected in our IT landscape.
• Microsoft 365, Identity & Modern Workplace: You will shape the further development of our Microsoft 365 and identity platforms and ensure secure, efficient, and user-friendly solutions for collaboration, device management, and access control.
• Collaboration, Messaging & Archiving: You will be responsible for our communication and collaboration platforms as well as the implementation of governance, compliance, and archiving requirements.
• Server, Storage & Virtualization: You will ensure the reliable operation and strategic further development of our server, storage, and Linux-based virtualization platforms and create the basis for a high-performance and future-proof IT landscape.
• Backup, Monitoring & Operations: You will be responsible for backup, recovery, and monitoring concepts, establish suitable operational and security standards, and ensure transparency, stability, and continuous improvement of our IT services.

What you bring

Technical Qualifications

• Successfully completed degree in Computer Science, Business Informatics, or a comparable qualification.
• At least five years of professional experience in IT Infrastructure, System Engineering, or IT Operations in comparable corporate environments.
• Experience in the technical or disciplinary leadership of technical teams as well as in managing IT projects and service providers.
• In-depth knowledge of modern infrastructure, network, security, identity, and modern workplace solutions.

• Strong leadership and communication skills as well as enjoyment in collaborating with diverse stakeholders.
• Hands-on mentality combined with strategic thinking and a holistic view of business processes.
• High awareness of quality, security, and responsibility.
• Ability to develop pragmatic solutions that reconcile business requirements, governance, and risk management.
• Fluent German and English skills (at least B2 level).
