As Team Lead IT Analysts, you work within a team that is managed in an Agile manner and support other team members. As team coordinator, you are primarily a people manager. You organize, lead, and define goals. You guide, coach, and motivate the members of the team and encourage their personal development. You ensure permanent skill formation so that the expertise of the team can be further developed. Moreover, you act as a bridge figure between business and IT. You form a key figure with the various involved parties in a project. You collect and analyze the needs of the business. These translate into concrete solutions to develop or improve applications. Additionally, you lead projects or participate in them, thereby contributing to achieving the agreed-upon goals with the business. You have a master's degree and at least five years of experience in the functional analysis domain. Experience in people management is a strong asset. You can communicate fluently, prioritize tasks, coordinate, and motivate. Your persuasive power, critical mindset, determination, and sense of responsibility are what we seek. You are analytically inclined and know how to efficiently identify functional needs. You have experience with Agile methodology and tools such as Jira, SQL, and XML.
