Team Lead – Inventory Management

Job Title: Team Lead – Inventory Management Company: Palmonas Role Overview: We are looking for a detail-oriented and experienced Team Lead – Inventory Management to oversee inventory operations and ensure accurate stock management across all channels. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with warehouse management systems and strong operational leadership skills. Key Responsibilities: Lead and manage end-to-end inventory operations across warehouses and stores Ensure accurate stock management through regular audits and reporting Identify and resolve inventory discrepancies in a timely manner Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize inventory levels and reduce waste Develop and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and productivity Analyze and interpret data to inform strategic decisions and drive business growth. Key Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics or related field 5+ years of experience in inventory management or a related field Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Excellent communication and leadership skills Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities Proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel Experience with warehouse management systems (WMS) is an asset.
