Team Lead Internal Audit

Role requires extensive travel (10–15 days at a stretch, ~4–5 times a year; domestic & international); valid passport mandatory. Job Summary This role is for an Internal Audit Executive, responsible for executing comprehensive audits as per the defined audit plan, with a focus on risk identification, compliance validation, and process improvement. The position demands hands-on involvement throughout the audit lifecycle—including planning, fieldwork, reporting, and follow-up—while ensuring documentation of all findings and recommendations. Key responsibilities include: • Developing and implementing internal audit plans and procedures; • Conducting audits to assess the effectiveness of internal controls and risk management processes; • Identifying and addressing audit findings and recommendations; • Collaborating with stakeholders to implement process improvements and mitigate risks; • Providing guidance and support to team members on audit-related matters. The ideal candidate will possess: • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field; • 5+ years of experience in internal auditing or a related field; • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; • Ability to work independently and as part of a team; • Proficiency in MS Office applications.
