Team Lead HR | Scale Up

In a nutshell:

You're exactly right at us if you want to scale up from 100 to 300 employees as Teamlead HR. You will lead and motivate a team consisting of a recruiter, an HR manager, and student interns. Work with us in our Berlin office (hybrid) and oversee all strategic HR topics closely cooperating with our General Manager Moritz. Start immediately full-time.

Tasks

Your role at Matera:

• You will take over leading strategic topics such as HR policy, personnel planning, salary structures.
• You will build structures and optimize our processes.
• You will act as an interface between the French and German teams.
• You will motivate and develop the HR team.

Qualification

You bring:

• You have experience with HR generalist topics and scaling.
• You approach problems structured and stay on it until you find a suitable solution.
• You are characterized by excellent communication skills and quickly build connections with people.
• You are very good at bringing together the expectations of different human groups.
• You speak fluent German and can also communicate in English.
