Team Lead Group Consolidation & Processes (male/female)

Group Accounting & Consolidation

• Lead the preparation of monthly IFRS Group Consolidation and support quarterly, semi-annual, and annual consolidated financial statements.

• Ensure consistent application of accounting policies across all group entities.

• Manage month-end closing processes and coordinate with local accounting teams.

Finance Process Integration

• Serve as primary liaison between Group Accounting and Systems teams for system enhancements and implementations.

• Coordinate ERP system upgrades and ensure seamless integration with accounting processes.

• Design and implement standardized processes between HQ and local accounting teams.

Data Quality & Automation Management

• Monitor and ensure data integrity across financial systems.

• Implement real-time data quality checks and exception handling procedures.

• Lead digitalization and automation initiatives within the accounting function.

Team Leadership & Stakeholder Management

• Manage and develop an international team with clear performance objectives.

• Serve as primary contact for internal and external stakeholders including auditors.

• Drive process standardization and best practice implementation across entities.
