Tasks
- Strategic development and aggressive scaling of push marketing activities (YouTube & Demand Gen)
- Professional and operational leadership of the performance marketing team with Google focus
- A/B testing of creatives, placements, target groups, and bid strategies
- Monitoring, analysis & reporting with clear action recommendations
- Direct sparring partner for C-level executives
Qualification
- Mult-year experience with Google Ads, particularly in Push-Marketing (YouTube & Demand Gen)
- Demonstrated scaling experience with high budgets
- Leadership experience in a performance-oriented setup
- High sense of responsibility: full responsibility for results, not just processes
- Analytical mindset and strategic, entrepreneurial thinking
- Hands-on mentality, high quality standards for creatives, copy, and target group address
- Passion and experience in D2C E-Commerce
