As Team Lead Global Talent Acquisition (m/f/d), you will shape our international recruiting strategy and build the talent acquisition of the future together with your team. You currently lead seven employees (with further growth in prospect) and are part of our global People Team. In direct collaboration with the Chief People & Governance Officer, you will combine strategic foresight with operational excellence. For key and leadership positions, you will personally get involved in the recruiting process if needed and ensure that we attract the right people for our ambitious goals.

Your Responsibilities:

• Global Talent Acquisition Strategy:
  You will further develop our global recruiting strategy in line with corporate and growth objectives and translate workforce planning into clear priorities and recruiting roadmaps.

• Team Leadership & Development:
  You will lead and develop an international recruiting and employer branding team, strengthen collaboration, personal responsibility, and excellence, and also contribute operationally to important hires.

• Recruiting Excellence:
  You will optimize processes, establish global standards and KPIs, and ensure scalable, data-driven, and efficient talent acquisition.

• Strategic Consulting & Executive Hiring:
  As a sparring partner, you will advise executives and hiring managers on recruiting strategies and selection decisions. You will independently fill key and leadership positions from direct approach to contract conclusion.

• Active Sourcing & Candidate Experience:
  You will identify and attract top international talents through modern sourcing channels, while ensuring a professional, appreciative candidate journey.

• Employer Branding:
  Together with internal stakeholders, you will further develop our employer brand and implement initiatives that increase our visibility and excite the right talents for Natuvion.

Your Profile:

• Talent Acquisition Leadership:
  Several years of experience in international talent acquisition as well as in leading, developing, and scaling recruiting teams.

• Strategic Recruiting & Workforce Planning:
  Experience in developing and implementing global talent acquisition strategies as well as in strategic workforce planning in close collaboration with the business.

• Recruiting Excellence & Innovation:
  In-depth expertise in optimizing recruiting processes, building scalable structures, and managing through KPIs, data, and modern recruiting methods.

• Executive Recruiting, Active Sourcing & Employer Branding:
  Proven success in filling key positions, building talent pipelines, and further developing a strong employer brand.

• Leadership, Stakeholder Management & Hands-on Mentality:
  Strong leadership, communication, and consulting skills, combined with empathy, execution strength, and a pragmatic work style.

• Technology & Tools:
  Proficient in using modern ATS and recruiting tools, ideally Recruitee, as well as digital sourcing platforms.

• Languages & Personality:
  Fluent German and English skills, as well as a confident, convincing presence in an international environment.
