This Position reports to: Accounting & Reporting Manager - General Your role and responsibilities will include: • Leading a team of accounting professionals in the General Accounting department, • Providing guidance and support to team members, • Developing and implementing processes and procedures to improve efficiency and accuracy, • Collaborating with other departments to ensure accurate and timely financial reporting, • Analyzing and interpreting financial data to inform business decisions, • Maintaining compliance with relevant laws, regulations, and company policies. Requirements: • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or related field, • 5+ years of experience in accounting, with at least 2 years in a leadership role, • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively. Certifications: • Certified Public Accountant (CPA) or equivalent certification preferred.
