• Lead and mentor a cross-functional engineering team, promoting ownership and continuous improvement.
• Design and review scalable architecture components, including APIs and system integrations.
• Plan and implement new features using our core stack: Java/Spring, React, Kafka, AWS.
• Ensure engineering excellence through code reviews and testing best practices.
• Contribute hands-on to frontend or backend development as needed.
• Drive technical R&D initiatives like OCR and workflow automation.
• Translate complex business processes into user-centric software solutions.

Qualifications: With 8+ years in software engineering, expertise in Java backend and modern frontend frameworks is essential. Strong skills in designing scalable systems, CI/CD pipelines, and DevOps practices are required. Excellent communication and mentoring abilities are crucial.
