Team Lead Frontend (F/H/X)

As Team Lead, you will be the support of your manager, responsible for leading a dedicated team of web developers in the design, development, and maintenance of our main applications. Your main missions will be coding, technical project management, and making the interface between your technical team and various business teams.

We are looking for someone who can :

• Lead, supervise, and manage a team of 5 software engineers.
• Serve as the main technical liaison for the team and stakeholders.
• Design, develop, and maintain high-performance and evolving web applications using PHP, Laravel, and Vue.js.
• Cocreate and use RESTful APIs provided by the backend team to ensure seamless data integration.
• Oversee code quality, perform code reviews, and implement a comprehensive testing strategy.
• Collaborate with product managers and designers to translate commercial requirements into technical solutions.
• Manage software development life cycles using Agile methodologies (Scrum/Kanban).
• Use and optimize our CI/CD pipelines using tools such as CircleCI.
• Oversee project tracking and maintain a complete documentation to ensure the efficiency of team workflows.
• Actively contribute to the development of technical strategy and long-term architecture.
