As Team Lead Financial Consulting (m/f/d), you will take on a key role in our Düsseldorf team: you will combine technical excellence in financial consulting with leadership responsibility. In addition to your own project work, you will lead a team of consultants, develop talent, and ensure that we implement our client projects at the highest level.

• Project Responsibility: You will manage your own client projects holistically – from the analysis and evaluation of project-related costs to the derivation of eligible potentials. You will ensure quality, traceability, and efficiency in implementation.
• Team Leadership: You will take on the technical and disciplinary leadership of a team of Financial Consultants and support their personal and professional development – through coaching, mentoring, and regular feedback.
• Team Development: You will foster a performance-oriented and at the same time collaborative team culture, actively drive exchange within the team, and support the further expansion and structural development of the team.
• Quality & Processes: You will ensure high quality in delivery, ensure compliance with our processes, and continuously identify optimization potential in ways of working and implementation.
• Sparring & Interface Function: You will act as the central point of contact for your team as well as a link to management, and work closely with other team leads to establish best practices and advance cross-departmental topics.
• Operational Excellence: Despite leadership responsibility, you will remain operationally active, keep an eye on your own projects, and lead by example in daily business.

• Technical Background: You have completed a degree in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, or a comparable field and have a sound understanding of financial consulting or project-related finance.
• Professional Experience: You have several years of relevant experience in the finance, consulting, or funding environment and have ideally already gained initial experience in the technical management or leadership of colleagues.
• Work Style: You work in a structured, independent manner with a high demand for quality, maintain an overview even with multiple parallel tasks, and set clear priorities.
• Communication & Leadership: You are convincing through strong communication and coaching skills, have a confident demeanor, and enjoy developing others and taking responsibility.
• Mindset: You think solution-oriented, act proactively, and want to actively contribute to the further development of our team and our processes.
