Team Lead Finance / Senior Bilanzbuchhalter (m/w/d) - Full-time

In this full-time position, you will take on senior-level responsibility, lead your team with clarity, and be operationally close to the daily business. You will develop modern accounting processes further, drive digitalization forward, and move confidently in an international work environment.

Your Tasks

• Fachliche und disziplinarische Führung des Finance-Teams
• Responsibility for monthly, quarterly, and annual statements
• Steering of operational topics around subsidiary books
• Active participation in daily business with a clear hands-on approach
• Shaping, steering, and digitalization of accounting processes
• Safeguarding efficient workflows in accounting as well as continuous optimization of processes and interfaces
• Closely cooperating with internal specialist departments and external partners in an international environment

Your Profile

• Completed commercial training or comparable qualification, ideally with further education to accountant
• Multiple years of experience in finance and accounting, particularly in the areas of subsidiary books, debtors, creditors, and closing proximity
• Demonstrable leadership experience and team responsibility
• Fundamental operational knowledge and willingness to actively participate in daily business
• Experience in shaping and digitalizing accounting processes
• Safe handling of common ERP software; knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics Business Central or a comparable system is an advantage
• Safe handling of MS-Office applications
• Excellent communicative skills as well as a sovereign and approachable demeanor
• Very good German language skills at native level and good English language skills
