We are looking for an experienced Teamlead Field Sales to join a leading European player in the restaurant and hospitality market.
In this role, you combine leadership with active sales: you lead the team while staying close to the market. You work with restaurant groups and Michelin-starred establishments and help them grow through increased visibility, reservations, and returning customers.

• Online reservations via website and platform

• Reviews and guest feedback in one place

• More guests, fewer no-shows

• Direct connection with new and regular guests

• Counsel and guide the field sales team (approximately 50% of your time)

• Support targets, performance, and deal strategy

• Remain actively involved in the field (approximately 50% sales)

• Conduct conversations with restaurant groups and Michelin-starred restaurants

• Manage the entire sales process: from initial conversation to closing

• Signal market developments and translate them into commercial opportunities

• Experience as Teamlead, Senior Sales or Coach within B2B sales

• Demonstrable experience in field sales

• You seamlessly switch between strategy and operation

• Affinity with high-end hospitality, restaurant groups or platforms

• Coaching, hands-on leadership style

• Fluent Dutch and English

• €50-55,000 gross annual salary

• 60% bonus scheme (OTE €88,000)
