Team Lead EPLAN

As EPLAN Specialist & Team Leader in our Infra Automation division, you are responsible for designing, standardizing, and coordinating electrical diagrams for complex installations such as tunnels, bridges, locks, and pumping stations. You combine your deep technical knowledge of industrial electricity and measurement and control technology with a coaching role within the drafting department.

You function as a link between engineering, execution, and our construction team, and contribute to safe, reliable, and smart infrastructure.

What will you do?

• Develop electrical diagrams and instrumentation in EPLAN P8 according to project requirements
• Integration of industrial measurement and control technology (sensors, signal converters, drives, PLCs, etc.)
• Mentor, support, and follow up on a team of EPLAN drafters (planning, quality, methodology), including a team in Poland that you regularly visit.
• Standardize drafting work and build a uniform library structure
• Near collaboration with automation engineers, project leaders, and execution teams and construction
• Bring practical knowledge of electrical panels, field cabling, and industrial I/O structures
• Active follow-up on the latest trends within EPLAN and instrumentation, and translate into concrete improvements
• Looking for opportunities for BIM integration
