Team Lead E-Commerce & Online Marketing (d/w/m)*

As Team Lead for E-Commerce- & Online Marketing, you will be responsible together with your department leadership for the development and implementation of our E-Commerce strategy as well as the further development of our Corporate Website. Additionally, you will be responsible together with your team for online and social media campaigns, social media strategy, newsletter marketing, SEO and SEA optimizations at hali.

Your tasks include: 

• Self-responsible care of the online shop, platforms, and website: You take care of the ongoing maintenance and continuous development of the online shop as well as the Corporate Website together with our agencies, maintain data independently, evaluate optimization potential, and ensure implementation. 
• Operative implementation of ongoing projects: You work closely with your colleagues in marketing, but also with other internal teams such as logistics, accounting, service, sales, and production, and promote further growth of the E-Commerce area. While working together with your colleagues to continuously improve processes, you are also a point of contact for external stakeholders such as payment service providers. 
• Analysis and reporting: You ensure not only that data is measured correctly, but also control and analyze all relevant KPIs and report to department leadership. Based on your analysis, you make independent optimization decisions and recognize potential along the user journey. 
• You lead an engaged team and are responsible with this team for the development and implementation of online and social media campaigns, social media strategy, as well as SEO and SEA optimizations. As a team leader, you set clear goals, find creative solutions, motivate your team, and promote the further development of your employees. While serving as an important interface between your team and management, you ensure smooth processes and successful projects.
