We operate five fashion-, backpack-, and bag brands in the lifestyle segment and market them through international online marketplaces, our own online shops, and stationary retail. As Team Lead E-Commerce (m/w/d), you will lead our expert teams for online shops and email marketing and steer our performance marketing activities together with an agency. You ensure that we set the right priorities to sustainably boost our growth.

Aufgaben

• Strategische Weiterentwicklung: You bear overall responsibility for the performance of our online shops and own the strategic roadmap for their further development.
• Kampagnen-Steuerung: You plan and coordinate the implementation of our marketing campaigns in shops, email, and through Meta & Google Ads.
• Analyse & Budgetsteuerung: You analyze the results of our performance channels together with our partner agencies, derive clear recommendations for action, and prioritize measures, tests, and budgets.
• Teamführung & -entwicklung: You take over the professional leadership in the areas of performance marketing, email marketing, and online shops. You ensure the quality of work and are a direct point of contact for your team.

Qualifikation

• Erste Führungserfahrung: You have already led teams professionally and understand how to delegate responsibility while ensuring quality.
• D2C Erfahrung: You have already marketed for an online shop and are familiar with A/B testing & systems like Shopify.
• Fundierte Erfahrung im Performance-Marketing: You have independently managed paid channels, ideally in e-commerce.
• Erfahrung im E-Mail Marketing: You have already gained experience in customer retention marketing through newsletters and email flows (e.g., in Klaviyo).
• Strukturierte Arbeitsweise: You work organized, prioritize cleanly, and take responsibility for results, not just for implementation.
• Pragmatische Umsetzungsstärke: You bring hands-on mentality with you and set topics in motion as needed without getting lost in the operational.
