Turnover Recruitment is a specialized recruiting consultancy for e-commerce companies that solves recruiting problems where standard solutions no longer work. For a client in the D2C sector, I am looking for a leader who manages an e-commerce team and implements things hands-on themselves: no Head of, but a leader and growth hacker in one person.

Job Results: This is how you will be measured

• Testing Pipeline: It is never empty. Double-digit numbers of tests go live each month, including those for offers and pricing.

• Success Rate: The proportion of successful tests measurably increases within 6 months.

• AOV: Through up-selling and cross-selling, the average order value is noticeably higher after 6 months.

• Leadership: Your team knows its priorities every day, and decisions are prepared instead of postponed.

Your Tasks

• At least 5 years of operational experience in e-commerce or D2C with a focus on growth, CRO, or performance, including at least 2 years in a leadership role

• Demonstrable successes with self-implemented tests and measures

• Sound understanding of numbers and business, for example, when calculating offers and evaluating test results

• Clear priorities and decisions, even when things get tight

• Ownership and proactive communication with management and stakeholders

• AI-first: Experience with AI agents and interest in new AI developments

• Proficient in Shopify Plus, GA4, and GTM

• Pragmatic hands-on mentality

• Nice-to-have: Background in growth marketing or offer building, experience in high-growth brands
