Team Lead (d/w/m) - Social Media

We accompany more than 60 renowned companies, including brands like Deutsche Bahn, KFC or SharkNinja, in the implementation of Creator- & Influencer-campaigns.

Now we're looking for you: A Team Lead, who leads campaigns from strategy to implementation with a team of 5-7 people - and forms the interface between our customers and employees.

Aufgaben

• You lead a high-performing team of 5-7 experts in the fields of Social Media, Creative Design, and Creative Strategy with clear result accountability - professionally and disciplinarily.
• You manage capacities, resources, and team structure actively and develop your team continuously.
• You are responsible for the strategic guidance and further development of selected key accounts and act as a central decision-making instance for campaigns and projects of leading consumer brands.
• Economic indicators like Marge, Auslastung, and Deckungsbeitrag are always in your sight. You recognize deviations early on and lead concrete measures to control projects, teams, and budgets.
• As a responsible steering instance, you connect customers, internal teams, and operational implementation. You ensure clear structures, efficient processes, and measurable project success.

Qualifikation

• You have at least 3 years of professional experience, preferably in an agency, and have already led teams with leadership responsibility (at least 3 people) and developed them further.
• You are familiar with the wirtschaftliche Kennzahlen des Agenturgeschäfts (e.g. Marge, Auslastung, Deckungsbeitrag) and understand their impact on projects, teams, and profitability.
• You have managed projects end-to-end - from customer inquiry to implementation and control until billing - and are well-versed in the relevant KPIs for Organic & Paid Social.
• Project management is your thing: You structure complex projects, confidently interact with customers, and have already gained Pitch experience.
• You work eigenverantwortlich, strukturiert und lösungsorientiert, take responsibility, and bring a strong Hands-on-Mentalität to the table.
• You advise customers on Deutsch and Englisch - naturally.
