Aufgaben

Führung und Teamentwicklung:

• You will take over the responsibility for part of our Business Development Team, sharing your expertise. By setting clear goals and continuous feedback, you ensure growth, engagement, and long-term success in the team.

Strategische und operative Betreuung der Kundenaccounts:

• You will be a central point of contact for our customers and manage their accounts both strategically and operationally to secure long-term successes.

Sicherstellung der Kundenzufriedenheit und Verkaufspotenzialen:

• As the central interface for all customer topics, you ensure smooth communication between customers and internal teams. You keep a close eye on things and ensure that all matters are quickly and efficiently handled to strengthen trust and build potential sales opportunities.

Erkennen und Ausbauen von Kundenpotenzialen:

• You identify potential at your customers and continuously develop it, promoting their growth and success.

Individuelle Media-Strategien entwickeln:

• Based on briefings from your customers, you develop tailored digital media strategies that perfectly cover their goals and needs, contributing to the success of campaigns.

Nutzung und Anwendung von (Media-) Planungstools:

• With your expertise in using media planning tools, you create precise and effective media plans that contribute to the successful implementation of campaigns.

Experte für digitale Mediagattungen:

• You master the important digital media formats. Your expertise allows you to select the best media channels and advertising formats for our campaigns.

Interpretation und Analyse von Kampagnenergebnissen:

• With a sharp analytical mind, you interpret campaign results and derive valuable, customer-oriented recommendations from them.

Qualifikation

Erfahrung in der Kundenbetreuung und digitalen Media-Planung:

• You bring extensive expertise to the table with at least 5 years of experience in digital media planning, understanding how you can manage customers both strategically and operationally. Your cross-media expertise allows you to develop tailored solutions for our customers.

Erste Erfahrung in der Führung und Entwicklung von Mitarbeitenden:

• You have sovereign experience in personnel management, including performance feedback, goal setting, and team development.

Analytisches Geschick und Zahlenaffinität:

• You have an affinity for numbers and working with MS Excel and PowerPoint as well as tools like advision and mds. Your analytical thinking helps you make data-based decisions.

Kommunikative und überzeugungsstarke Persönlichkeit:

• Your open and communicative nature makes you the ideal point of contact for our customers. Through your confident and authentic demeanor, you build strong customer relationships.

Strukturierte Arbeitsweise und Verantwortungsbewusstsein:

• Your careful and structured work style combined with a high sense of responsibility enables you to lead projects efficiently and achieve successful results.

Sprachliche Kompetenz:

• You have secure language skills in German, both spoken and written, as well as fluent English skills.
