Team Lead, Digital Development (REMOTE - LATAM))

Digital Development Team Lead This role is fully remote but requires someone to work ET daytime hours, and be fluent in English as this person will be very client facing with US-based clients. Remote position based in Latin America - Brazil, Mexico, Argentina, Columbia, or neighboring countries/regions. The Digital Development Team Lead provides organizational leadership and operational expertise to the Digital Development team. They will focus on ensuring appropriate resources are assigned to projects, managing project timelines, and overseeing the development of digital products. This role requires strong communication skills, ability to work independently, and experience in leading cross-functional teams. The ideal candidate should have a bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field, 5+ years of experience in software development, and proficiency in at least one programming language such as Java, Python, or C++. Additionally, the Team Lead should be familiar with Agile methodologies and have experience working with version control systems like Git. The Digital Development Team Lead will report to the Director of Digital Development and will work closely with other teams to ensure successful project delivery.
