We are looking for a Team Lead DevOps (m/w/d) together with our partner, a globally operating specialist for digital transformation solutions in the global healthcare market.

As Team Lead DevOps, you will take on a central role in designing high-availability IT structures and be responsible for delivering technical results from end-to-end.

Aufgaben

• Strategische Teamleitung & Aufbau: You will take over the disciplinary and professional leadership of a 4-person DevOps team in Germany. You are responsible for establishing the DevOps department and actively accompanying the growth and further development of your team members.
• Technisches Sparring & Architektur: You act as a technical moderator and mentor. In close coordination with Product Owners, Software Architects, and management, you make tool and architecture decisions for a high-availability IT landscape.
• Cloud-Infrastruktur & Automatisierung: You steer the further development of existing AWS environments. With Infrastructure as Code (Terraform) and automated configuration management (Ansible), you create a scalable and stable system environment.
• End-to-End Delivery: You bear responsibility for GitLab pipelines, architecture, and security of release cycles.Kultur & Innovation: You foster an agile cooperation culture based on self-responsibility and continuous reflection. In doing so, you have the freedom to question existing tech stacks and restructure them sustainably.

Qualifikation

• Erfahrung: You possess fundamental leadership experience (ideally in the mid-sized sector) and have already successfully set up or managed DevOps structures.
• Technik-Stack: You bring profound knowledge of AWS, Terraform. Familiarity with Ansible, containers (Docker/Kubernetes), and fundamental Linux knowledge distinguish you.
• Methodik: You are familiar with agile frameworks and modern CI/CD processes and prefer pragmatic solutions over rigid models.Persönlichkeit: You are an authentic leadership personality with high mediation strength, who lives open communication on eye level and brings secure German and English skills.
