In this role, you can expect the following tasks

• Creating, steering, and optimizing text-, image-, and possibly video content under consideration of AI for the website, social media, email marketing, blog
• Strategic planning and implementation in the team for marketing campaigns and projects
• You prioritize the theme roadmap, optimize processes, coach your team, and fine-tune the SEO strategy
• Writing articles on our orderbird blog and on social media and website
• Data-driven optimization and further development of our content strategy
• Development and implementation of SEO strategies and LLMO strategies to improve visibility and reach of our contents

What we're looking for

• Multiple years of experience in content marketing & SEO (B2B/SaaS from an advantage).
• First-hand experience in leading teams or freelancers
• Fundamental knowledge of SEO tools and integration of AI in workflows
• Fluent German and very good English skills
• Builder + Doer: You love visible output and build the structures for it.
• You can also stay action-oriented with 70% information
• High Ownership: You take over everywhere where it's burning – no task is too small for you.
• Stress resistance: You remain friendly and clear, even when stakeholder requests suddenly pop up
• You understand that a published article is better than one in the draft stage.
