As Team Lead Aftersales, you lead a team of 8 enthusiastic employees. You ensure strong collaboration between different departments and together with your team, you provide excellent customer follow-up. All our professional customers can reach AUTO1 both by phone and digitally to get further assistance.

You focus on optimizing operational processes through evaluation methods and quality measurements. Additionally, you organize weekly team meetings and 1-on-1 conversations to stimulate engagement and personal growth.

In this role, you are responsible for managing KPIs and providing transparent evaluations and constructive feedback. You create an environment where everyone knows where they stand and how they can grow. With your leadership and focus on collaboration, you elevate the team to a higher level and ensure efficient and successful operation where customer satisfaction is top priority.
