Team Lead - BIU

Position: Team Lead – BIU (Business Intelligence Unit) Location: Noida Experience Required: 7–10 Years in BI/MIS/Analytics (preferably BFSI domain) CTC: Upto 8 LPA Role Overview We are looking for a dynamic Team Lead – BIU to head our Business Reporting team. The role requires expertise in MIS, dashboards, reporting automation, and data management, along with the ability to collaborate with business and product teams to deliver data-driven business insights. Key Responsibilities: Develop insights and provide recommendations for business decisions through data analysis. Manage and mentor a team of Business Intelligence Analysts. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather business requirements, define key performance indicators (KPIs), and develop reporting solutions. Design and develop automated reports and dashboards using BI tools. Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and consistency. Implement data governance and quality control processes. Monitor and analyze data trends, identify anomalies, and provide actionable insights. Stay up-to-date with the latest BI trends and technologies. Skills Required: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Proven experience in data analysis, reporting, and dashboarding. Proficiency in BI tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or similar. Experience with data warehousing and ETL processes. Knowledge of SQL and database concepts. Ability to manage and mentor a team. Experience in the BFSI domain is preferred. Qualifications: Bachelor's or Master's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics). 7–10 years of experience in BI/MIS/Analytics.
