Team lead Bank Reconciliation

Are you an accountant with experience in bank reconciliations and general accounting? Do you have advanced English and can communicate fluently with international teams? This opportunity is for you! We are looking for a lead the team responsible for bank reconciliations team. This role involves direct interaction with stakeholders in the USA, EMEA and LATAM , so the interview will be entirely in English . What you’ll do: Supervise and review bank reconciliations and accounting processes. Guide the team to ensure accurate and timely completion of bank reconciliations. Ensure compliance with accounting standards and company policies. Develop and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and reduce errors. What we are looking for: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or related field. 5+ years of experience in accounting and bank reconciliations. Advanced English language skills.
