As a Team Lead- Agent Quality Assurance, you will be responsible for leading a team of quality assurance agents, ensuring that our travel agency brands meet the highest standards of quality and customer satisfaction. You will be responsible for developing and implementing quality assurance processes and procedures, as well as monitoring and reporting on the performance of your team. You will also be responsible for identifying and addressing any quality issues that may arise, and for ensuring that our travel agency brands are compliant with all relevant regulations and industry standards.
