In a nutshell:

You are exactly right at Matera if you bring first leadership experience, take responsibility for a five-person team and want to control the central customer pipeline. In close cooperation with your manager Max, you will further develop your leadership skills and actively work on cross-team projects in the team.

Tasks

Your role at Matera:

• You ensure that ICs processes are upheld, prioritize tasks, control the customer pipeline, and optimize their performance.
• You take care of motivation, lead meetings, and adapt your leadership style individually to the needs of your ICs.
• You live the Matera culture forward, develop proactive solutions for challenges, and shape actively the further development of the team.
• You support your team in ensuring high-quality customer communication and stand advisory by their side to optimize the exchange with customers.

Requirements

The skills you bring:

• You bring first leadership experience, e.g. as a manager, team lead, trainee responsible person or in a similar role.
• You understand the requirements of other teams and foster good inter-departmental cooperation.
• You have experience in project management or have successfully participated in cross-departmental projects.
• You speak German at C2 level and can communicate securely in English.
